have anxiety.. could you put in the picture me ways to fight againts that? I know the medication.I took efexor and valerian root.. and I tried gabapentin.. neither of those medications result contained by me.. they failed.. very soon I want to do something easy .. I dont surmise a therapy will oblige me.. they are so expensive and I live in a small surrounded by mexico.. where doctors are few.. I am gay btw.. since I realize I was gay I started to perceive more nervous close to cold in my foot and to feel bleak my stomach like gas and pain.. I entail your help. btw adjectives the medications be given by my doctor.. but valerian I suspended.. because it hurts my stomach.. please help me

natural cures for anxiety didn't really give a hand me. Instead, my dr. prescribed me Ativan and Zoloft, and now its lower than control. Hope that helps!
I'm on apo-citalopram-w for anxiety. It's approaching paxil, but better. I had problems sleeping on paxil, but not immediately. Maybe try citalopram?
