Answers:
Most weightiness gain from medications comes within two forms: that gained from binge drinking due to a side effect of excessive hunger caused by the drug or simple marine retention.
You can avoid both of these by maintaining a regular routine of reading light exercise ( yoga a few times a week and/or walking at a medium-to brisk pace 45 minutes a afternoon, 4 times a week is ideal), drinking heaps of water (it'll relief alleviate bloating from water retention and comfort keep you full) and simply keeping track of what you are consumption if you have cravings. I achieve around the binge effect drinking a large cup of water beforehand I eat and consequently by grazing, eating copious small portioned healthy snacks throughout the time so I don't have the opportunity to acquire hungry.
My favourites are: a bowl of low fat yogurt next to fruit salad; mashed banana insubstantially sprinkled with cinnamon on toasted soy-linseed bread (very nourishing and low GI, so you stay full for longer); bowls of salad with tuna, chicken or ham; and banana and honey smoothies.
I didn't, but I simply took it for a week or so - it made me manic.
