Yeah, I use a full spectrum desk light, used for treating Seasonal Affective Disorder--I actually enjoy it in the form of a visor so I can wear it around the house.
Other than that...exercise help...turning all the lights on surrounded by your room...
buy some full spectrum light bulbs to put surrounded by your house or get a street lamp box.contains same properties as natural sunlight...
I focus on what I am doing. I read a lot. If I be outside, I would focus on the walk or what I am listen to on my iPod.
