PS: Please don't suggest any drugs because i'm not into that.

There are loads of tricks.
I, too, use lavender essential grease.have be for years. It is relaxing. Celestial Seasons Sleepy Time or Chamomile hot teas are good. A small chalice of warm milk.
Another , fairly different, trick I've often have succes with is really intense exercise for as long as you can step until you just drop. Can you do aerobics contained by your room? If now, next pushups and/or crunches and/or lunges. Lunges especially wear me down and I'm beat and simply drop.
Praying is good, too..after reading a pious book and finishing off near Scripture.what better way to trip up to sleep than in the arms of our Lord and Savior?
Be sure your room is as obscurity as possible. I've gone to sleep to Handel or Chopin for decades, and so did my son.
Just narrate your mom to put the volume down on her cds while your going to bed and if that doesn't work you could wear a mask or your eyes and eventaully u will stumble asleep. And if that doesn't work just stay up deferred and like read a book and ur eyes will win tired. Hope this helped!
I'm going to suggest a glass of milk followed by some ELO playing weakly through headphones..meditate as you listen and you'll sleep!
get some earphones and listen to the ocean nouns that way. also thaw out milk and a bubble bath may backing. you should get into a right routine every night...that help a lot and conceivably ask mom if she knows of any tricks to serve you sleep and maybe she'll start turning the music down some. she may not realize that it affects you! perfect luck!
It's 2 am and I can't sleep any. Damn shouldn't have have that coffee! Sorry I don't know what to tell you.
Earplugs
Glass of hot milk

Good luck!
Some ways to help you sleep is to:

-Drink some heat milk or eat turkey. There is a substance contained by turkey to help you spatter asleep.

-Exercise a bit during the day. It can help out to clear your mind before going to sleep to lend a hand you not focus on anything and just to sleep.

- Listen to some meditation music, or some other type of relaxation music. It's nice and peace full and will facilitate you relax.

-Stay away from anything with bright lights such as video games, T.V., the computer, etc...roughly speaking 1 hour before you budge to be. These bright lights send rotten a signal that tells your brain to stay awake because it's wishy-washy.

-Read for awhile before going to be. It'll relaxing. Even draw, it doesn't use any zest and will help you relax and sleep much better.
There are stress-relief cassette you can buy that I used to use when I couldn't sleep, they're very relaxing. I'm not sure where on earth you can purchase them because I used one that my mum had but if you stir to your doctor and tell them your problem they could provide you next to some or tell you where on earth to get them. I also suggest asking your mum to turn down her Smashing Pumpkins compact disc as well! Lol..

catch your own CD play and listen to brand new age music. That is what i have found to work for me. I listen to different stuff, and to hold a comfortable bed, with appropriate sheets and pillows where sleep is a comfort zone. aromotherapy works devout to. Lavendar is a good one for relaxation and sleep... Arbonne have a nice scent that is well-mannered for relaxation and sleep. A good soak within the tub can be relaxing. maybe conversation to your mom about the Smashing Pumpkins might facilitate.

I am trying t think of adjectives the non-drug forms of helping you to sleep. I am leaving out the over the counter stuff too. althought anxiety can be help but you dont' want meds.. okay.

relaxation, journaling, praying, mediation
