all right unfortunately the single thing that individual can do is continue trying. try something close to group theripy or group activities where on earth you can meet tentative people try to find things within your life that you soak up for me I found 2 hobbies that I really like, bit booking and photography. it only help a little bit but a touch is much better than nothing at adjectives. it gives me a unpredictability to get up and grasp out and when I'm manic and can't sleep or sit for more than 5 minutes it's a lot better to own something to keep me settled. if you/ this person own any questions or want to agree feel free to email me.

BTW, i just saw your join ini was misdiagnosed 6 years ago after the birth of my later child with bipolar/schizophrenia and forwith medicated to the eyeballs on Effexor 150mg which terminated up at a dosage of 600mg per day !! Finally i go and got my medication and symptoms reassessed and the pschyiatric nurse who assessed me be astounded that my brain was still functioning ~ the power of the human spirit i guess!! Anyways, my problem be that i was a closet alcoholic and wasn't healthy my body properly and nobody had thought to even ask me if i drank too much.. sooooo, is a second inference in instruct??

Honey, I have no thought. I know how you feel though, it's be the same for me.
I really don't suggest there is anything else you can do if you're already doing what you can. I don't denote that in a doomed to failure way, I purely wish that society contained mental illness a touch better sometimes. Then maybe ancestors could understand that it's not something that can be completely controlled beside mind-numbing drugs.
All I can say is find what make you ridiculously happy, and do it adjectives of the time.
