How do YOU operation next to big life span change that you own no control over?

What are your coping techniques for central life change. I like to excercise to release stress. Meditation is honest too, and keeping busy helps. Any other suggestions that work for you?

One hours of daylight at a time and lots of distractions. And realizing that zilch is permanent except departure and taxes.
I tend to focus on the things associated with this core life make over that I do have control over.
Say you were moving, I would inform myself I would see my friends again. True as it may or may not be that is one bearing of coping. Besides, you always generate more friends. If someone were dying, I would articulate to myself after they have died that they are not suffering anymore and are next to loved ones that passed on before her.
I "forget" about fruitless embarassing things usually,by that I mean push them out of my mind; if its something big though and I didnt own control of it, I acknowledge that fact, I dream up to myself,will crying, worrying or complaining improve the situation and it doesnt. I also similar to to think that solely a select few know about this problem so the guy walking his dog down the street subsequent to me has no thought, and this is conforting too. I also like to exercise and listen to music.
i hold tremendous faith surrounded by the supernatural force which i permanent status god.for me this force though "formless" gives me lot of spiritual vigour to cope with things over which i hold no control! just depart urself to this force.u will also feel its presence.i hold felt its presence whenever i enjoy been contained by "crisis".
I usually try to trademark the best of it. Chages are good and surrounded by one way or another YOU other know to deal beside it.
very well Ive never really dealt powerfully with transmutation & I get fustrated when I enjoy no control over it, but what helps me cope is entertaining myself or surrounded by other words keeping myself busy. I like to monitor upbeat movies that make me hoot, or I love going to work. Another thing is taking a nice, long, hot bubble tub. Since I dont have the seaside anymore to help me relax. I gotta look for alternatives.

The best way I know how.. Also prayer works for me and I know thats not the "cool" article and I probably get closely of thumbs down because everyone on here is about 11 yrs ripened but u asked for what works
My faith is one of my biggest coping technique.In major duration changes I try to stay focused on the positive and if near are none at the time I truly believe something good would come out of it.No use worrying over something that I hold no control over so I just present it up to God.
You purely have to realize that our go is one big long journey and you will eventually win through.

try not to worry more or less what coulda, woulda, shoulda
tomorrow will have it's own set of worries... and if youre religious turn your worries to your sophisticated power as you know them... such as let progress and let God.
if your not religious... write your worries contained by a journal, it help to. there are also books available for how to concordat with stress, a short time ago check out your local library.

don't forget that there's nothing so unpromising that it can't get better.
