ok i work night so i any step strait to bed when i grasp home or i stay up till noontime after run to bed. i usually do chores around the house to stay awake, mostly i maintain moving. if this is something specifically going to be average for you its best to obtain a rota going. save afterwards drink coffee or any type of caffeine.
Lots of coffee, tea or pop. Also, listen to aggressive music. =P
I work night and when I'm really tired the merely point that keep me alert is an enthusiasm drink. Caffeine alone doesn't work for me anymore because I drink so much of it. Also, it help to run out within the sunlight because your body is programmed to be awake during the light of day, even when you haven't have plenty sleep.
Avoid caffeine.. Drink lots of hose down.
