Have a cigarette, seriously. x
Whatever it is that's bothering you, try to put it in perspective. How important is it, really? Is there something you can do to alleviate some of the pressure?
Without knowing the specific problem, it's easier said than done to give guidance, but when I get really stressed, I see if there are some things I can grasp rid of, like cancel an appointment or put something off to a better time. I also try to see the big picture to numeral out if the problem is worth getting so aggravated about.
Find something, no matter how small, that's going right, and try to think going on for that.
Good luck; I hope you can somehow ease your annoyance.

yeah do something that you like to do to keep your annoyance away from you. Even though "other people" is the cause of your annoyance, cooperate to somebody. That doesn't mean to only me.
anyways good luck within calming down... oops are you gonna explode?
plz don't.
I can understand that.
I've struggled with constant annoyance and anger my complete life.
Fortunately I grew up before they started pumping kids full of pills for 'aggression'.
I get irritated near small things, and am quick to haul off and punch walls (although as I've gotten elder, I make sure to punch door jams, brick walls, and other hard to wreck things - despite the fact that my hands/wrists are going to hurt afterward).
It seems to help for a while bit (and keeps me from punching the individuals who are responsible for irritating me).
The best bet is to find something else to focus on. If I am really angry - I have started to take past its sell-by date running and do it until I am literally almost ready to throw up.
If I'm having an argument - it sometimes makes the other soul mad because I just stop talking and will - but it's better than me twisting their f'ing head off.
I'm 6'3" 200# and solid, so most people avoid confronting me - but in that have been a few that came pretty close to making me lose it.
In short - try not to agree to things get to you - but when they do, try to find some kind of constructive outlet for your anger. Working out is the best bet - but you have to be wary not to overdo it - I've been sore for a week after a few pissed off workouts.
Good luck! And try to focus on the positive things in your duration!

It depends what has annoyed you, but the best thing to do is embezzle a deep breath, count to ten, have a good screech and scream, and the very best advice that I can distribute you other than to find a solution, is to go play football, and get some frustration out of your system. (If you don't resembling football, you could do boxing, netball but remember to scratch the other players, or any other physical contact sport). Hope this helps. Source(s): Expiriance
