Is this lately anxiety or hysterics disorder?

This runs in the family but i have hysterics attacks that are like really scary! I think i might die or overhaul out! Mostly in school and it happens when i space out later i realize that i missed a bunch of stuff or when i'm around loud music. I really just want to know what i have and i'm 14 btw.

It could be a form of social anxiety disorder. That it runs in the ethnic group makes that more likely as well. Have you in fact passed out?

Social anxiety is not rare, and there are a number of apt treatments for it. Any anxiety problem is likely to be helped by getting at least 15 minutes of exercise most days, and by mindfulness meditation. There are also talk-therapies close to CBT, or anti-anxiety or antidepressant drugs, depending on how severe the problem is and how often.

Fear of public speaking is perhaps the most common apprehension. I think it can be helped, in postscript, by visualization where you imagine being level-headed while in front of the crowd or speaking.

anxiety and panic disorder are classified in the same group of mental disorder, you might benefit from taking a class surrounded by controlling your panic. They are available in most mental health centers. Source(s): RN
