Anti-depressants are packed up for me.I get the impression I enjoy run out of option.Are nearby other treatments out within?

I have been diagnosed with depression and possible bipolar disorder. This adjectives happened after I started taking the drug Topamax after suffering with migraines. I noticed directly a change in my mood which my doctor ignored. I continued to decline and be put on numerous anti-depressants and then even on mood stabilizers. I have been dealing near this since 2002 and I feel like I am getting no where and am not sure what to do or where on earth to look to for help. I know there are other suffering like me and would love to hear that at hand is hope and help available.

The whole anti-depressant system is really screwed up. They a moment ago hand out prescriptions left right and centre. They hold so many bad side effects and its just close to a hole that you get sucked into.

I know its what everyone says, but eating ably, exercising and regular sleeping patterns make a world of difference to your mood. I mean I chomp through mostly raw foods, I walk everywhere and I always be in motion to sleep around the same time, and I have about an hour surrounded by the morning spare, so if I am really tired, I don't naturally wake up until later, but if I am fine I draw from up earlier. My mood is just better, more stable and returns to a normal state quicker. I still bring sad but I don't get stuck in it.

Everyone is going to vary, but you have to get out of the head space that you are sick. I lately stopped taking the pills, left home and then I managed to right myself. Once I be out of the negetive situation I was able to sort of pull my self up again - but again everyone is different.

I usually bring really depressed in winter, but since my diet change, and sleeping pattern expansion I am much, much better than I was. Its remarkable really.

Go see someone like a counselor or something. Someone who will take an interest surrounded by your mental health rather than just your physical, which doctors give the impression of being to do.

Re-evaluate your life. If you're this unhappy there is usually some things that requirement to be changed. See if you can change your environment, and your self.
