I was in a girl (codenamed Mary) at my school's Facebook account, and she be chatting with another girl (codenamed Sue). Mary told Sue that she was a cutter, and a few minutes later, Mary informed Sue that she have tried to commit suicide multiple times. What do I do about this? Who do I tell? Mary is only 13, and so am I.

It's transparent that she's not doing it for attention, and, even though I am not who she told, it still matters. If she's even thinking about committing suicide, there's something wrong with her.

This is a serious thing, and please treat it as such. Thank you for the help.

aah, i see your problem. well the best thing to do is to ask her if she is ok. if she saiys im fine then reply put money on well im always here if you need to address.

if you no its serious and she could actually commit suiicide then you really should tell someone. its a strapping thing to no about, but you must tell someone becasue if she does after think about what will happen, you can hold the power to stop.
so you mmust do something, even ring an ambulance, childline would be good advise actually, they can backing you come to a disision on what to do, 0800 1111.

but please so something, i dont mean to sound over dramatic but the life of someone could be litteratly surrounded by your hands..

I would potentially talk to your parents, or her parents about it. If you explain to your parents, it's possible that they could let her parents know, or direct you to the right person. Plus, if they were the ones to natter to her parents, it might help to protect your identity. That's where I'd start. Otherwise, perhaps discussion to the school counselor, she might be able to talk to the girl and her parents to come up next to some solution. That's my two cents.

try bringing her to local youth groups or church activities.. they usually make ppl happier.. they spawn me happier ^^;;...

but if that doesnt work you hav to tell sum1.. it could be hard to admit u go onto her acc, but its her life. nd if u help her, nd she lives to be atleast 40 and with a kinfolk, she'll be happy u did that for her... :]
