every time im out in public, i always feel close to people are looking at me, and whenever i hear people laughing & talking, i other think they're laughing at me & making fun of me, and don't like me, even if it is people i don't know, and like peas in a pod with my family members too. i repeatedly say to my dad ''you know, i really wish you wouldn't look at me'' and hes like ''im not looking at you'' i can't stand it when citizens stare at me...oh and, i often feel like citizens are constantly following me, but the following thing is only with my relatives members..i don't feel that way near people i don't know. why am i always so paranoid?
Answers:
Your brain chemistry is unbalanced, probably to no knock of your own. Paranoia is a side affect of heavy alcohol or drug abuse too. Does anyone in your own flesh and blood suffer any form of mental illness? Things like these can be hereditary. There are frequent medications you can take if it gets contained by the way of your daily life.
I used to be like peas in a pod exact way. I still am slightly paranoid to this day, where when I budge out or I sit in school I think adjectives eyes are on me and people constantly talk about me.
It's something that you hold to take baby steps to get over. Keep relating yourself that no one is looking at you, no one is following you or talking just about you. You'll realize one day that none of that is true.
