Unfortunately telling you a story is a short lived fix. What you need to do is focus on the pious things in your life and try not to think roughly the bad thing.
Everyone has angelic and bad things in their life, hang on to busy doing things you like to keep your mind off of things that depress you. It will miss in time.
If your depression lasts a long time go call on your doctor and see if he/she can give you something to help. As I don't know your age I wouldn't recommend any anti depressants unless it's severe because they do have side effects within some age groups.
