Is it doomed to failure to dream in the region of dying...?
Does that mean theirs similar to... something wrong with me?

no, it isnt weird at all. Dying is a natural opening of life and death is something none of us can avoid. Everyday we wake up, at hand are 1000 ways or more in which we can meet our end. So be indebted when you make it through another day.
it's not unpromising to dream about anything including dying, but having pain if u stir yourself up is strange. i advise you to not watch scary movies much, but if u do u should not monitor it alone or at night. if u watch in the morning u will probably not hold it on your mind as much when you sleep. the pain you are having could be because you are sleeping in an self-conscious position. if its constant pain maybe you should let your doctor transport a look at at. sweet dreams
no there's nothing wrong with you.try not to watch to much scarry movies...try to ponder of somthing nice before going to bed. or say some prayers before you progress to sleep
I use to dream about me dying surrounded by all kinds of different situations too. I think it's middle-of-the-road though.
