Whats a upright route to relieve stress?
Answers:
Exercise or punch your pillow
Personally I find that meditation helps. You don't need any special training to do it, and you don't involve to go to any classes to learn how to do it either.
Try this. Lie flat on your put a bet on in a quiet, dark room beside your arms slightly away from your sides, and your legs slightly spread. This is a yoga pose known as savasana. Take deep breaths, slowly, and exhale slowly. Try to not think nearly anything but breathing.
It can be very refreshing and useful as a stress-reliever.
For me it's spending time with God contained by prayer, reading His Word, The Bible, listening to sermons on the radio or to some Christian music, reading Christian books.
But the point is, I find only God can help relieve stress sufficiently.
If you don't know Him however, read this, I think you might find it helpful, it's a love letter from God to you! It's really celebrated to know that God LOVES you and He cares about you.
