Anxiety and symptoms?

Thank you all in advance. I own a question about those who have have anxiety.

I have been to the doctor several times the last few months. I enjoy had dizziness, chest pressure, LOTS OF HEART PALPITATIONS and I do have a history of depression.

I have have a CT done--that's good.
Thyroid--good
Blood Work--good

It was really bad the other time and I went the ER they took a chest Xray and did an EKG and said it was okay....though my pulse was as 110 resting.

I return with the all clear from the docs.

Is it true that all these symptoms could be just anxiety driven? Any experience? I am freshly looking for a little help or similar things that may have happen to you.

Thank you

yes, unfortunately its the shocking A word, anxiety. i had bloodwork, 24hr urine collection, CT scan done and all were cynical. i never suffered from anxiety up until feb of this year, (im 29), and ever since then it stuck with me. when i do get anxiety i consistency jittery, dizzy, palpitations, chest pain, shortness of breath, vision blur, fatigued. i found out the triggers that manifests the anxiety, so i've knowledgeable how to cope with them. but its still an inconvenience when they do hit. having anxiety is a life shifting b*tch! i was on anti-depressant pills for 1.5 months but i didn't like the "no sex" side effect so i took myself off and turned to alternative technique by lessened alcohol intake cuz alcohol is a trigger, started exercising and do yoga, changed my diet, taking vitamin b-complex and minerals, and learned how to manage stress.
yeah its very possible that you can return with those symptoms from anxiety..do u ever feel really anxious? and almost panicky..? thats kinda what anxiety is like..
It sounds as if you are having Panic Attacks -

There have been studies that might indicate that this could be some sort of chemical imbalace contained by the brain causing this.
Depression and anxiety can co-exist. This is common.

Are you on any medications?
These ambience are extremely uncomfortable - but they won't kill you.
Are you under a doctor's perfectionism for depression ?

In my lifetime -I have had Panic Attacks with like kind of symptoms you are having.

There are medications but they can become addictive and you have need of to be under a Doctor's care to receive them

Some medications for depression can back the anxiety feelings but you have to see your physician.
