14 year hoary anxious of disappearance?

Hey

I am a 14 year old boy who is frightened by death so much I cry every night and I can't step to sleep. It's a really big fear for me and it is crushing my life. This started when I was 7 years outdated. I've had it for 7 years but now it's getting really bad. Can you support me overcome this fear or how to avoid it ?

k well merely try and think of family and friends, and then chew over of the like a kajillion to one chance that you will die within the subsequent like 30 or 40 years. i sort of have the same problem, as i have a sneaking suspicion that of something else, but in order to not make your problem worse i wont speak about you. either way put your mind at ease as you cogitate about all of the things in enthusiasm that you enjoy so much and death will just poof, disappear
Ahh, it's okies, I be scared of death too and couldn't sleep at night I'd be adjectives "I don't want to leave this world" just try to think going on for all the things that are left to do in your vivacity.

Once you're older you're not that scared anymore.. getting older is earn.

You can't avoid death, everybody has a different way to die.. it's the circle of time. Just becareful, but don't become scared of everything saying you could die from it.. for example.

"Don't lose your balance on the porch implicit the stairs, you could fall and crack your head open."

Just don't verbs about it, try little by little to forget about it.
tell someone. if you can. if you can't; sorry, i don't know what to put in the picture you. fears are very hard to deal next to by yourself, especially at such an important stage in life.
i sorta own this, and im 14 too. i cant sleep right because i fell ill get killed. I can usually sleep if i own my Bowie knife under my bed. a kitchen knife will work too. but don't dread death. encourage it. i believe death is a method to bring new life. Source(s): spunky3105.weebly.com
Well that's not good. Talk to your parents or a counselor about this as soon as possible so someone can oblige you address these fears in your mind and you can move on with your duration. It's not necessary to keep suffering.

We all will die, but unless you organize an extremely risky life most likely you don't have to verbs about dying anytime soon. Dying is a natural process, and nothing to be worried of. I say that as someone who does not claim to know what happens when we die. I have be with loved ones who were dying though, and although it is sad when we enjoy to leave people behind, I purely see it as the next journey. I'm here to live life as best as I can, savour it as much as I can, and when I die I'll be able to go in peace knowing I have the best life I could. Living your life is the best way to stop worrying more or less death so much.

I do recommend the professional help for sure though, because at this point your fear is a way, and there are mental exercises a therapist can help you do to draw from out of that habit. Something like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy might really help you, and that's lately mental exercises, no drugs.

Edit: You have to start a new life for yourself. Find some undertakings you can get involved in- you can always volunteer and feel correct about helping others. Sadly, you will lose your grandma at some point. Make your relationships you care about the best that you can and you will hold many fond memories to get you through those hard times. I know, I lost my mom 4 years ago, and it hurts, and vivacity is very much worse without her, but I'm still living my life. There is still energy to live after we lose those we love. Don't take your relationships for granted and at least you won't have any regrets.
