Hey briana,
these are signs of deduction. Depending on how long the drugs are in your bloodstream ( called their half-life ) you can experience the symptoms right away, days later...etc.
I don't know what you be using...but withdrawal symptoms can vary if you were taking them by mode of intravenous, inter musculature, or orally.
The shakes, paranoia, sweat and racing heart and thoughts are the number 1 withdrawal symptoms. You may also develop nausea.

Now I re-read this request for information, and I think I misunderstood. Are you taking drugs now? Because if so, your body is reacting severely to re-establish a level of tolerance. You have put something toxic into it again, and it needs to shape. I suggest never go off cold turkey. It's a lot to agreement with and you need someone with you to soothe you through these moments.
Also, neurologically your brain is human being invaded by the drugs and thus, your mind is generating paranoia under the influence.
Go to the Hospital. Not to scare you...simply to make sure that your blood pressure and heart rate can be monitored. It's best to have licensed practitioners with you. If you are afraid, they can oblige you but cannot certify you unless you intentionally have overdosed. I know you haven't but just ease your anxiety.

Be ably.
sounds like a classic sign of anxiety. Only a psychiatrist can diagnose for sure but that's what it sounds like. You didnt say what drugs you be on but if it's an "upper" of any sort that too could do this. My suggestions would be to quit the drugs. Get into a rehab group and talk to a psychiatrist that can get you on the right track. Good Luck.
