Help me! I don't know whats wrong!?

I hear a voice, yeah...it's just one. I haven't heard it for awhile. But "he's" never been this strong.

I suffer from depression, and I self-harm and enjoy had numerous suicide attempts.

Anyway, this voice usually tells me to "Cut" and OD...or just puts me down. And abuse me, (By telling me how fat and ugly and how much I fall through at everything, and how worthless I am) and when I don't do what "he" asks. "He" yells, or punishes me. By not letting me eat, or sleep.

"He" tells me how much he hate all of my friends and family, and how "he's" the only one who know whats best for me.

I know I shouldn't do what "he" says, but it's so hard. and "he's" so convincing.
I'm being punished at the moment for not taking pills the other morning.
I'm not allowed to eat ):

Please help? Is this of late normal depression? Or just a normal voice? Does everyone gain this? =\

Please, don't hate.
I'm so lost and scared =\
I know I "need" him...but, I wanna be able to control "Him"

YO! Get to your doctor! If you see, hear, or smell things that are not there, explicitly indicative of only one condition unless you are suffering from a chemical dependency as well.

However, I am not a licensed physician, so I'm not about to diagnose you.

GET TO YOUR DOCTOR! The sooner you treat it, the better your likelihood are of minimizing it or dispelling it altogether.
I would suggest hugely strongly that you see your family doctor first, tell him what you told us. He will then suggest a referral to you to see a specialist, this specialist will listen to you and consequently give you something the help you. In the meantime do not listen to the voices, they can enlighten you things that may harm you or others. You'll only get into trouble. The quicker you desire help, the better you'll feel. Hon, it is NOT common to hear voices, and it is not normal with depression any. A voice in your head plus depression plus self harm is mental bug and you need to be under a doctor's care and medication. It could be an indication of schizophrenia

The things that the voice tell you to do are all "self destructive", and seem to go paw in hand with the self damage and suicide attempts that you talk about.

No one hates you for this...it is an sickness. People have these illnesses, like obsessive compulsive disorder, severe anxiety disorder, personality disorder..there are a lot of mental illnesses...and there are greatly of medications that truly HELP people and will get rid of the voice. You inevitability to seek help with a doctor, hopefully a psychiatrist or psychologist (forget counselors). The psychiatrist can prescribe medication for you.

You deserve to soak up your life and treat your body with kindness and proper assistance. A voice that tells you to hurt yourself, and is hating, and tells you to punish yourself is not common and needs to be dealt with. Don't agree to this voice run your life - and ruin your life - Hon, there are treatments out near to get rid of "him" and allow you to be FREE of it. Don't let money be a barrier. You can nickname the psychiatric center of your local hospital or a psych clinic and discuss this with a professional and they will help you and lead you to place where on earth you can get help. You need to arrive at out...there IS someone there to help you.
